Karen Heslop - Business Development Manager

I have had over 25 years’ experience within Recruitment, Sales, Account Management and Business Development. Spending most of my working life in London, working for various recruitment and commercial companies.

I am the Business Development Manager for the training division and enjoy meeting people and businesses, building relationships and trust. It gives me a great sense of achievement when I can help and advise businesses on their future training needs.

Who are LMR?

We're LMR and we have been servicing the recruitment and training needs of industrial businesses in the UK for 20 years.

We are not a huge agency where your business is just another thing to add onto the 'to do' office whiteboard.

We have three offices based in Newcastle upon Tyne, Stockton and Wellingborough, being smaller makes us special. So are the clients we service.

We've been around the recruiting block and we know our stuff!
